Building New Paths is looking for enthusiastic Instructor Therapists to join our team. We service children within the Hamilton-Niagara Region.

Building New Paths is looking for instructor therapists with the following qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis, psychology, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Access to own vehicle
• At least 1 year of experience implementing individualized programming (both behaviour reduction plans and skills acquisition programs) using the principles of ABA
• Experience conducting various assessments (ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, AFLS etc.)
• Experience with various methods of data collection
• Experience with parent coaching
• Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months
